Ultimate Results Consulting has developed a number of processes/tools to enhance and transform people's lives. Through years of experience and research as a consultant/coach, it became increasingly clear to the companies president: Cheryl Hurlburt; that personal and business/career success had everything to do with staying connected to a persons true self, and inner passion and then learning to live from that place with purpose and balance.

Our coaching programs, workshops and seminars lead people through a specific process to re-establish and sustain this connection, followed by using specific planning strategies/tools that enhance fulfillment in life and business. This success system was published in 2003 in “ Shine:Live Your Ultimate Life” written by Cheryl Hurlburt.
